1. Reservations may be made telephonically or by e-mail. Reservations are to be confirmed in writing well in advance of the required date. 2. Payment, in full, to be made by bank transfer prior to arrival. Statements and receipts of payment will be provided as required. All accounts are to be settled in full on the day of the visit. 3. Should there be a change in the number of guests, the touring company will be held responsible for the full cost of the reservation, unless notified 3 days prior to arrival. 4. If the entire group is cancelled, this should be done in writing by fax/e-mail, at least one week prior to the reservation date. 5. Detailed road maps are available on request. 6. Tour groups must consist of a minimum of 10 people. 7. Bus drivers, Tour Leaders and National Guides are free of charge. conditions please feel free to contact us.
